Shaffi graduated from the Harvard Kennedy School of Harvard University, Massachusetts, USA with the Master in Public Administration Degree in May, 2008. He was a Mason fellow in Public Policy at Harvard University during the period of study. He also received the Kenneth Galbraith Scholarship at Harvard University. Shaffi took courses in Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Business School and the Harvard Law School. He was also extensively involved in organizing various events especially India related ones while he was a student at Harvard.
